About our client:
Our client is an established Russian Family Office with strong portfolio of investments in multiple sectors worldwide. We are looking for a dynamic, efficient and hands on assistant to take care of personal (70%) and work-related (30%) matters for the Principal.
Taking care of administrative and organizational matters for the Principal and his family travel, appointments, bookings, bills
Written translations, information research, dealing with highly confidential matters
Meeting arrangements, calendar management, travel arrangements
Organization of official events, database and budget management
4+ years of experience in administrative role
Previous experience as a Personal Assistant is a must
Highly efficient, hands on, accurate and well-organized
Native Russian speaker, fluency in English, advanced level of German (B2 and above)
