The main duties for the Assistant:* Send out and chase responses for Requests for Reach information from suppliers* Convert Order Requisitions (OR) to Purchase Orders (OP) * Track & chase up missing confirmations* Update order confirmations status in Navision system* Communicate any price changes to Commercial to for margin review* Respond to supplier queries & follow up* Follow up and respond to Customer Service queries* Ensure compliance to local and regional policies/guidelines

As a Procurement Assistant, the client wants you to ideally have the following skills and experience:Degree qualified in a relevant fieldProficient at MS Excel - comfortable with updating large spreadsheetsExperience working with an ERP system desirableAnalytical and problem solverResults DrivenAttention to detail
