Administrative assistant - m/f - fr/eng - 100%

Our client is a company within the financial sector, based in Geneva.

You will :

- make travel arrangements and manage agenda organization
- manage office supplies
- take incoming phone calls and manage incoming emails
- support the sales team and directors
- manage various administrative duties for team and consultants
- process new business
- manage files, archives, and database to maintain it updated

Perfectly fluent in English

A previous experience as Administrative Assistant within the financial sector

You are :

- Swiss resident

- perfectly fluent in English and/or English native, fluent also in French

- able to work under pressure and multi-task

- magnanimous, ready to improve and respect high standards

- loyal with a high sense of confidentiality

You have :

- great organization and communication skills

- a previous experience as Administrative Assistant within the same field.

- a background in compliance, legal and/or finance is an advantage

You work within a family company downtown Geneva!
