Administrative assistant to head officer (m/w) sp/en/ge

Our client is a well-established insurance company operating on a global scale. For the office in Zürich our client is looking for a dynamic and motivated Assistant to support the Head Officer. This position offers a good opportunity to develop in an international environment and to take-on responsibility.

Administrative support of the Head Officer (e.g. Agenda-, travel management as well as dealing with confidential and non-confidential correspondence)

Acting as a first point of contact with all matters concerning the office

Perform daily accounting booking of operations

SAP maintenance for administrative matters

Translate documents from German to Spanish or English

Supervise Office Assistant and ensure continues operation of office reception

Well established Insurance Company located in Zürich

Trilingual Assistant Spanish, English and German is a must

Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent professional qualification

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a comparable position

Excellent in Spanish, German and English is all a must

Client oriented and calm personality

Advanced organizational skills to prioritize multiple tasks

Good prioritization and problem-solving skills with an exceptional eye for detail

Experience in project management

Experienced with Microsoft Office

Self-motivated and a good sense of humour
