- Lead and execution of corporate finance transactions from A-Z (M&A transactions)
- Prepare client pitches and leverage your industry network
(for Director role: Deal origination for potential transactions in the DACH region)
- Lead and create financial models and valuations
- Lead day-to-day project execution work, including responsibilities for specific project tasks and work streams
- Prepare thorough financial analysis models and client presentations
- Leading straightforward work streams and support project management team
- Work in small teams while benefiting from deep project involvement and high cross-border client exposure

Background from IBD M&A or corporate finance boutique preferred

Requirements:

- University degree (Bachelor's or Master's degree) in business administration, finance or economics with excellent grades
- 6-10 years of relevant work experience in M&A / corporate finance or transaction services
- Solid accounting and finance skills
- Strong modelling and analytical skills, high motivation and commitment
- Fluency in German and English (oral and written)
- Strong interpersonal and client interaction skills
- Profound knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and research tools

Personality:

- Highly motivated individual with strong business sense
- Mature personality with strong analytical skills
- Comfortable in challenging business conditions and able to work independently and under pressure
- Excellent presentation skills with all levels of business and functional management
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong identification towards the company
- Fluent in English and German
