In this position, the ideal candidate will have to:Develop and implement B2G sales strategies to exceed sales growth and achieve objectiveCreate a strong B2G pipeline of opportunities across EuropeKeep a solid level of trust and business with partners and producersBe able to develop strong relationships with other internal stakeholders (KAMs, Operational, IGO/NGOs, Product...)Pilot B2G sales by working effectively with other business managers and sales representativesImprove the sales presentations and meetings for other business developersPartner with B2G teams to maintain department values and DNA.Align with company's values to sharpen sales propositionsBe creative to find new ways to acquire new clientsBe compliant with our client policy and processesRepresent our client in every event, fair or public appearance

Experience in Insurance

B2G knowledge

The ideal candidate would have the following profile and skills:Master's Degree or MBAAt least 10 years of experience in the insurance industryKnowledge of the Globally Mobile Business with a preference of knowledge of the Expat spaceExcellent Sales strategy executionAble to build business plansAble to manage complex sales , able to understand customers need to adapt proposed solutionsUsed to sell to governmental entitiesAble to develop key broker relationshipsAble to work in a multicultural environmentExpert in developing solid partnerships with every stakeholders involvedOutstanding presentation skillsStrong business acumenAlign communications at all level in phase with company's values
