On behalf of our client, a physical trading firm, Swisslinx is looking for a Back Office Specialist to join their office in Zug.

Your mission:
- Contract, payment and invoices management,
- Responsible for signature and approval processes of the contracts, invoices, reports, correspondence,
- Working with on-line banking,
- Maintain a paper and electronic filing system for records, correspondence and documentation,
- Assisting the team in running the day to day procedures,
- Other related administrative tasks.


Your background:

- 2+ years’ work experience within accounting and administration.
- Fluency in English, German very useful to have.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Currently based in Switzerland.
- Immediately available.
