For our client, a highly reputable bank and the leading financial services provider in Zurich, Swisslinx are looking for a highly motivated Business Analyst with background in Input Management and Digitalization, for a long-term project within the Enterprise Document Management.

This is a contract for 2 years initially with a chance of renewal, located in Zurich.

Business Analyst, Enterprise Document Management

Project scope:

This is a long term possibility to join an exciting project within the Document Management area. Apart from classical Business Analyst responsibilities and Input-management related tasks, a successful candidate will be involved in a number of digitalization initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Gathering and defining requirements for “early Scanning”
• Input Management from physical documents to digital Information Management processes
• Optimization of incoming information flows
• Supporting automation processes (registration of documents and digital forms from different sources in their central business systems)
• Stakeholder management



Requirements:

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst/Business Engineer within the financial sector
• Certified Specialist in the field of Input Management (digital input)
• Experience in defining and implementation of modern Input Management within the financial sector
• Experience in process digitalization
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Very good presentation skills
• Fluency in German (must)
