Business manager (family office)

About our client

On behalf of our client, a Single Family Office, Swisslinx is currently
seeking an experienced Manager to join their team.

Your mission:

- Taking care of all the administration tasks required to run a Family Office
- Legal entities’ and domicile company management
- Handling communication with external suppliers and providers including Lawyers, Accountants and other third parties
- Ad hoc projects and tasks that can arise in the everyday business of the Family Office

Your background:

- University degree in Business Administration or similar
- 3 to 7 years of work experience in a similar position in a Family Office
- Good understanding of the legal, accounting and administrative requirements involved in running a Family Office
- Experience running legal entities
- Independent, hands on, solution oriented and well-organized
- Great attention to detail, proactive approach, discreet, and flexible
- Fluency in German and English
