Upholds strategy, policies and standards for Comp&Ben
Manages and maintains the Compensation & Benefits service portfolio
Ensures a high-level of standardisation, efficiency, service delivery and compliance within the Compensation & Benefits teamcorrect execution of the developed strategy, policies and standardsResponsible for the maintenance of job evaluation/job descriptions and job evaluation meetings in connection with changing or new functions with support of the Compensation & Benefits Team leaderResponsible for all compensation and benefits related topics (e.g. changes to salary or bonus systems, benchmarks, etc.)Develops templates and/or tools to foster standardisation and harmonisationSupports business with salary related questionsConducts salary reviews and proposes new salary and bonus guidelinesCoordinates annual compensation cycle additional tasksLeads, participates and/ or contributes to projects capabilities and competencies

Commercial education (or equal) with further education on level "Fachausweis" (e.g. Organisator or HR) or university degree

At least 2-4 years of professional experience in a similar environment, preferably in HR Technical capabilities
