Our client's activities are mainly related to the creation, acquisition, management and sales of companies' shares, including real estate, in Switzerland and abroad.

Reporting to the head of finance, you will be responsible for dealing with the following duties:

- Manage the entire planning to prepare Group consolidated financial statements in line with the requirements defined by the company and the auditors.
- Perform consolidation procedures and prepare financial statements.
- Liaise with internal and external consultants to ensure that all appropriate expertise is applied and used appropriately.
- Ensure that all accounting and reporting issues are identified early, and prepare recommendations and solutions.
- Liaison with external auditors as part of the year end and half year audit processes.
- Working with the Finance team to continue to improve processes.
- Working on ad hoc projects, including reporting systems development projects, as required and Intercompany process

Finance professional with Big 4 and / or consolidation

Human-size company with operations worldwide

- Master in Accounting/ Finance or equivalent
- 2 to 3 years' minimum experience in a consolidation department or in a Big 4.
- Very good understanding of IFRS standards.
- Ability to work overtime when needed
- Proactive attitude and able to work independently
- Able to multi-task
- Strong organisational skills

LANGUAGE SKILLS

- English and French - fluent spoken and written

IT-SKILLS

- Excellent computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint)
- Friendly with accounting softwares
