On behalf of our client, Swisslinx is seeking a highly motivated individual to take on a challenging temporary role in their Procurement department.

Operational support, including entering and processing of customer orders in the system
Receiving, investigating and responding to customer inquiries regarding order status, shipping dates, prices, product availability, and back orders
Collaborating with customers and partners to provide a variety of pre-sales or post-sales services
Generating and analysing regular and ad hoc reports for internal and external customer
Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar position
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English, German is a strong advantage
