On behalf of our client, Swisslinx is seeking a highly motivated individual to take on a challenging temporary role in their Procurement department.

Your mission:
• Operational support, including entering and processing of customer orders in the system
• Receiving, investigating and responding to customer inquiries regarding order status, shipping dates, prices, product availability, and back orders
• Collaborating with customers and partners to provide a variety of pre-sales or post-sales services
• Generating and analysing regular and ad hoc reports for internal and external customer

Your background:
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar position
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English, German is a strong advantage
