Operations Leadership and Strategic ResponsibilitiesTogether with the Supply Chain Director, lead and implement S&OP process by creating policies & processes.Successfully Implement APO/APS together with IT team according implementation timelines and business targetsMonthly collaboration with sales personnel in order to incorporate market needs into the demand forecasts.Evolving and maintaining documentation and standard operating procedures for demand planning processes and systems.Conduct current and future forecasting analysis, insuring forecasting processes and methods are followed.Establish and utilize best methods (statistical models and software tools) in creating Demand forecasts and respective inventory targets.Make recommended adjustments to forecast and inventory targets based on changes in demand and market trends.Lead forecast and inventory planning meetings, reviewing recommended sales forecasts and inventory projections and goals



Process Development / ManagementContinuous improvement and reportsMonitoring/reporting on deviations in actual vs. planned inventory levels.Development and implementation of corrective actions preventing future variances.Prepare, report, and communicate forecast and inventory measurements to management (forecast accuracy, inventory plan vs. targets).Monitor at product level and recommend product rationalization initiatives, Excess and obsolete inventory expense forecasting.



People and OrganizationEstablish and maintain effective and cooperative working relations with internal/external organizations: working in a team environment to achieve functional, and company goals.

Lead and implement S&OP process by creating policies & processes

A previous experience in implementing an APS/APO tool is a strong asset

Minimum 3-5 years as Demand Planner experience, University Degree (preferably Engineering), MBA would be beneficialSupply chain knowledge.Use of APS packageExcellent general IT literacy (Advance Excel )Inventory ManagementLean Manufacturing (highly desirable)Outstanding communication and organization skillsAbility to work under pressure, flexible.Organizational Influencing.A consistent and professional approach to team workInterpersonal savvy: Builds and maintains professional and effective working.Conflict resolution.
