Divisional financial controller

Our client is a leading industrial player. The company develops high-tech products and solutions to meet their customers challenges with a focus on innovation and quality.

We recruit a Division Financial Controller to join their Geneva site.

Provide financial support to the Division Management by delivering meaningful financial analysis, enhancing a fact based decision making process with a deep financial knowledge,

Deliver and improve the quality of the financial information to detect potential risks and identify opportunities across the business,

Work extensively as a Business Partner to all the Divisional functions to improve the performance: R&D, Supply Chain & Operations, Manufacturing and Sales. Provide regular analysis of performance indicators to stakeholders,

Manage costs effectively and drive cost controls initiatives, including standard costs management,

Provide a Project Controlling methodology to various Project Managers supporting them in budget management, from design to follow up,

Produce a monthly financial reporting determining key trends and variances analysis,

Drive the Budget and Forecast process cycle at a Division level.

Division P&L responsibility

Full scope from Manufacturing to Commercial Finance

University degree (HEC, HES),

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, Financial Controller or Project Controller within a manufacturing environment,

Fluent in French & English,

Analytical, detail-oriented while ability to work on the big picture, strong communication skills and business partnering capacity.
