Executive asisstant fr/en (H/F)

Our client is taking part a the Financial Services industry.

- Meetings organisation (management, team, semi-annual reviews etc) and agendas.
- Travels organisation - control travel and credit cards expenses
- Preparing documents / reports
- Managing web & magazine subscriptions
- Managing and updating databases
- Coordinating preparation of Board meetings documents
- Assist with the day to day portfolio management tasks.

Permanent Position - EN Speaker

Financial Services

- 5 to 10 years experience as an Executive Assistant
- Previous experience in the finance industry
- At ease with numbers
- Advanced Excel skills - good use of Word and PowerPoint
- English spoken and written. German would be a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong sense of values and ethics
- Able to work in a team and independently.
