About our client

Our client is one of the leading Life Sciences companies based in the Schaffhausen area.

On behalf of our client, Swisslinx is seeking a highly motivated individual to take on a challenging role in their Administrative department.

Your mission:
• Supporting the Senior Management in all administrative aspects
• Taking care of various administrative duties, including monitoring and organizing schedule, agenda management, handling e-mails, prioritizing request, preparing documents and presentations
• Maintaining and updating files, databases, departmental records and other relevant documentation
• Screening incoming calls as necessary and dealing with general enquiries
• Involvement in diverse administrative and marketing-related projects


Your background:
• Minimum 4 years of experience as an Assistant, preferably within the Life Sciences field
• Good communicator with ability to anticipate people’s needs easily
• Strong attention to detail and pro-active attitude
• Flair for Marketing
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Fluency in English and German is a must, fluency in Croatian or Russian is a strong advantage
