On behalf of our client, a leading bank, Swisslinx is seeking an experienced Assistant for a permanent position.

Your tasks:
• Calendar Management and Travel Arrangements for the team
• Handling expenses and preparing/coordinating meetings
• Organizing events and road-shows
• Supporting in ad-hoc projects

Your background:
• Minimum 5 years’ of experience as an Assistant
• Experience in team support is an advantage
• Strong communication and organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and manage own workload
• Fluency in English and German is a must

You will be part of a dynamic team, in a sales environment, supported by other Assistants.
