Calendar Management and Travel Arrangements for the team
Handling expenses and preparing/coordinating meetings
Organizing events and road-shows
Supporting in ad-hoc projects
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Assistant
Experience in team support is an advantage
Strong communication and organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and manage own workload
Fluency in English and German is a must
You will be part of a dynamic team, in a sales environment, supported by other Assistants.
