Finance assistant (m/f)

Our client is an international FMCG Brand.

Integrated in the Group Treasury & Finance team, this position offers exposure to a wide variety of subjects from international finance to local SME management.

Group Treasury: Administration of the group treasury platform;Assist in cash management;Design and preparation of monthly Treasury reports.

Local Finance & Accounting: Manage, under supervision, key processes such as supplier payments, staff expenses, bank reconciliation, inter-company balances reconciliation, agreements management etc;Assist in the other corporate finance activities (production of statutory financial statements, assist during the audit, assist in preparing board of directors documentation, assist in the production of requested financial analysis and cash flow planning).

Local Retail Operations:Offer administrative support to the Swiss retail operations;Coordinate local management and accounting team of the shared service center.

Textile Industry

Finance, Accounting and Administration

Degree in finance and/or accounting;

Proficient with Excel and other MS Office tools;

1 to 3 year's experience within an international environment;

Fluency in English. French, Italian, and German are a plus;

Able to manage priorities in a fast-moving environment;

Ability to work independently with proven experience in problem solving.

An interesting temporary contract for 6 months in a dynamic and international environment.
