- Financial data gathering, preparation, analysis, and distribution of reports and recommendations concerning fixed assets
- Responsible for daily activities associated with Sarbanes Oxley compliance including testing.
- Acts as liaison with Accenture and AP Global Process Owner
- Responsible for internal AP processes to ensure efficient and effective processing and reporting of purchase
orders and expenses
- Maintain relationships with Internal and External Auditors
- Assist in the development and periodic submission of forecast, budget, strategic plan, and other financial
reporting requirements.
- Analyze proposed financial actions and prepare recommendations for changes in policy, procedure, control,
or action.
- Use of existing databases and reporting systems to retrieve relevant information for use in analyzing current
performance and determine future plans and forecasts.
- Miscellaneous and/or ad-hoc financial projects, analysis and administrative duties as assigned.
- Contribute to reporting improvement initiative discussions.

- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CMA, CIMA, DSCF, Brevet Suisse, or similar)
- A minimum of 5-7 years of related experience
- Experience as a finance controller for a global publicly traded manufacturer business highly preferred (Swiss
and US GAAP)
- Proficient in large automated accounting and reporting systems (AX and Hyperion preferred) required, including data extract and report compilation
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (especially Excel) required
- Excellent working knowledge of internal controls procedures
- Strong analytical/problem solving skills.
- Results oriented with focus on achieving overall business objectives.
