Reporting to the US-Based CFO, your main responsibilities will be:
*Overall responsibility for assessing, identifying and implementing financial policies and related procedures
*Ensures effective financial internal controls for the finance and accounting function
Primary oversight role with external auditors for all statutory audits
*Assess, create and implement a monthly financial review and monitor process designed to ensure ongoing accuracy of the financial data (balance sheet, income statement, ratio analysis, other quantitative and qualitative measures)
*Identify strengths and weaknesses within the financial organization and implement best practices where needed
*Support Administration topics such as information technology, human resources and facilities management
*Monitor, review and interpret the impact of new accounting/reporting regulations as well as maintaining oversight for any local and US GAAP reconciliations
*Responsibility for the monthly, quarterly and annually reporting to the Head office according to USGAAP
*Ensure VAT compliance across countries
*Maintaining SOX compliance and consistency across legal entities
*Prepare public tenders to support sales initiatives
*Recruiting and developing a strong team
*Support initiatives and ad-hoc projects

*Degree in Accounting / CPA and MBA with focus on Finance ideal
*Knowledge of US GAAP IFRS and Swiss GAAP
*8-10+ years of relevant work experience ideally in an international high-growth environment
*A hands-on, proactive, results driven and service oriented individual with excellent interpersonal, organizational, time management and communication skills
*Must demonstrate the ability to work effectively under pressure in a multi-national, cross functional team
*Excellent collaboration with colleagues within the organization to support the overall Finance and Administration, as well as business goals and objectives
