Hr assistant - 100 % / m/f

Our client is an international company.

- Manage employee life-cycle from on-boarding to off-boarding

- Prepare the work contract, work permit request and certificates

- Participation to the recruitment process: administrative and logistic part

- Project management for running projects to support your team

- Other ad hoc HR support when needed

Fluent in French & English

HR certificate mandatory

You are bilingual in French and fluent in English.

You have at least 2 year experience. A first one in HR in Switzerland is key.

You have the HR certificate.

You are a team player, eager to learn and a self -driven person.

You have strong organisation and time management skills.
