On behalf of our client, a reputable bank in Zurich, Swisslinx is seeking an experienced HR Assistant for a temporary role (initially 6 months).

Your mission:
• Assisting the HR team in general HR tasks
• Being part of the initial recruitment phase, organizing interviews and setting up contracts
• Handling the procedures for new joiners and leavers
• Liaising with senior HR professionals, candidates and line managers

Your background:
• Previous work experience as an HR Assistant or Administrator
• Experience in Banking or Financial Services
• Strong communication and organization skills, someone who enjoys working in a team
• Fluency in German and English is a must
