Hr assistant fr/eng (f/m)

Our client is a major actor in the Financial Services sector.

Manage employee lifecycle from their onboarding until their leave.

Process all employees' administrative files (AVS announcements, applications for family allowances, pension fund affiliations, produce accident declaration forms, record medical certificates, support and coordinate the payment process,...)

You will be responsible for processing work contracts, amendments and work certificates.

FR/ENG - Experience in HR administration

- 1 year minimum of experience in HR administration

- Excellent level of French and of English

- Dynamic personality, well organized, team player, able to work independently
