Advise and coach line managers and employees:in operational and/or personal changesin managing all HR processes, such as performance review, salary/bonus negotiations, etc.in conflict situations and in the implementation of disciplinary measuresin ensuring adherence to all labour law and statutory requirements and compliance with internal regulationsRecruit independently through preparing search, selecting candidates, obtaining references, managing negotiations, issuing contracts, on-boarding employeesConduct appraisal interviews of all types and differing complexitiesCoach line managers in the low performer and redundancy process

Relevant higher educational and professional background, ideally in HR (e.g. Advanced Diploma in HR Management or Certificates of Advanced Studies in Human Capital Management)Several years of professional experience in a similar role, within a private bankSkilled in recruiting, advising and coachingIn-depth knowledge in Swiss employment lawEnjoyment in dealing with line managers and employees of different personalitiesProficient user of technologyAbility to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all timesEmpathetic personality, charisma, power of persuasion and good judgement skillsCommunicative and client-oriented personalityConfident and self-conscious in business discussionsNatural team playerAbility to set priorities, to coordinate processes and to multitaskSophisticated verbal and written communication and presentation skills in French and English, other languages advantageous
