Swisslinx AG are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join their client which has one of the largest market shares in the infrastructure sector.
Look after HR matters for multiple offices in Europe and Latin America
Handle recruitment processes for expanding offices in Europe and internationally - take care of job adverts, candidate screening and selection, interviewing process
Act as a main point of contact for candidates and ensure smooth interviewing process
Manage onboarding process for new starters
Arrange employment contracts in compliance with each countrys legislation
Communicate with authorities on related labor matters
Optimize excising internal procedures, ensure the policies are up to date
Support monthly payroll and HR administrative matters when needed
4+ years of HR experience gained in an international company, preferably in the industrial / manufacturing sector
Experience with Swiss labor law and social security is a must (experience with EU law is a plus)
Strong experience in recruitment, experience with payroll and HR admin is a big plus
Fluency in English and German, other European language is an advantage (especially Spanish)
