Our client is one of the reputable international banks based in Zurich.

On behalf of our client, Swisslinx is seeking a highly motivated individual to take on a challenging role in their Human Resource department.

Your mission:
• Coordination of all on-board activities, including training schedule, IT access and other
• Providing all information around Pay rolling to HR Services and Finance
• Collaboration with various departments to ensure efficient employee training sessions
• Supporting various departments with general HR administrative tasks

Your background:
• Minimum 4 years of experience within an HR department, preferably within Financial Services
• HR academic background is highly preferred
• Excellent knowledge of Swiss labour law
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Fluency in English is a must, any other language is a strong advantage
