Coordination of all on-board activities, including training schedule, IT access and other
Providing all information around Pay rolling to HR Services and Finance
Collaboration with various departments to ensure efficient employee training sessions
Supporting various departments with general HR administrative tasks
Minimum 4 years of experience within an HR department, preferably within Financial Services
HR academic background is highly preferred
Excellent knowledge of Swiss labour law
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Fluency in English is a must, any other language is a strong advantage
