For our client, a well-established international company in the finance sector, we are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant. In this role you will be supporting the CEO in all administrative aspects as well as in international project coordination for the entire group.

Administrative support of the CEO (e.g. Agenda-, travel-, and calendar management, email prioritization, etc.)Handling cross-border correspondences in Portuguese, German and EnglishTranslating of documents in Portuguese, German and EnglishCoordinating and monitoring Group-wide international projectsLiaising with the relevant competence centresPreparing of documents and presentations for board meetings and conferencesFollowing action points and taking minutes during meetingsOther ad-hoc tasks as agreed on a case by case basis

Permanent employment as senior Personal Assistant in the centre of Zurich

Fluent in Portuguese, German and English, at least 5 years' experience

Successfully completed commercial education with a degree in business administrationAt least five years of experience as an Executive Assistant, legal experience is a big plusFluency in Portuguese, German and EnglishProficiency in MS-OfficeExcellent organizational, analytical and prioritizing skills as well as coordinating experienceGood team-player as well as independent workerFast and critical thinker, problem solver with the ability to take on responsibilityAbility to work under pressure
