-Prepare reporting and analysis of the financial data of the EMEA group that can be used as decision support for users.

-Monitor and understand financial data in the context of the existing business environment and proactively highlight trends, opportunities and concerns to the EMEA business.

-Provide support and leadership for the preparation of forecasts and budgets.

-Monthly: In cooperation with Shared Services, ensure timely preparation and submission of financial reports for EMEA (Financial Statements and Performance Report).

-Complement financial data with meaningful comments that can support decision making. Highlight trends and areas of concern, as well as opportunities for improvement.

-In cooperation with the countries, regional marketing and supply chain, develop reliable and well documented short-term performances forecasts including upsides and downsides.

-Annually: Support the annual budget and quarterly forecast for EMEA by coordinating support activities and preparing data and other information as a decision basis for management.

-Prepare ad-hoc analysis on request of EMEA finance manager and Managing Director.

-Support other members of the F&A when necessary

-Work in projects as advised by the manager.

-Support to IT as key user for various business applications - SAP, QlikView, BI

-University degree with specialization in Finance & accounting

-Fluent in English (both writing and speaking), any other languages a plus

-SAP, Microsoft office particularly Excel

-At least 2-3 years professional experience desirable

-International exposure

-Good commercial understanding
