Legal support of international implementation and integration projects of the bank mainly in the area of data protection, outsourcing guidelines and other regulatory requirementsPreparation of strategic decision-making & legal feasibility analyses of business & IT processes, legal accompaniment of the implementationInstruction and coordination of internal and external international law enforcement teamsGeneral project co-operation (participation in control meetings and workshops, managing tasks, creating reports and presentations)Coordination with external consultants and other work streams in integration projects

Lawyer with data protection and Swiss and EU regulatory environment knowledge

Law degree, Bar exam is an added benefitAt least 4-5 years of professional experience in the financial industry or in a suitably oriented law firm or consultancy firmGood knowledge of the Swiss and EU regulatory environmentGood knowledge of Swiss and EU data protectionKnowledge of cross-border bankingAnalytic and conceptual thinkingGood knowledge of the MS Office rangeIn-depth project management experience in implementation projects in the regulatory / legal area
