Interim - senior finance manager

Our client is a EU Office of an international company.

We are currently recruiting an Interim Senior Finance Manager.

Assist in establishing and maintaining global financial planning and accounting policies, best practices and procedures. Perform hands on monthly processes per accounting close schedule for EMEA.

Lead EU Consolidation processes. Interface with Europe finance team members and outsourced accounting firms for the Company's international operations.Provide financial support to EMEA and finance groups through financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analysis, including Latest Estimate (LE), Budget, and Long-Range Plan (LRP).Create, analyze and reports department financials to operating groups and the finance team. Coordinates with various levels of management to gather, analyze, summarize, and prepare operating budgets and financial forecasts.Consolidate and reconcile actual results for functional groups, such as commercial and supply chain, and preform analysis vs. current and annual plans.Develop and build expense tracking models utilizing corporate tools such as Oracle. Maintain standard reporting tools to help identify key risks and opportunitiesDevelop and maintain detailed clinical trial models of ongoing and future trials to enable accurate forecasting and accruals.Support financial and business controls and standards including SOX requirements.Support in the development of internal financial controls to ensure integrity of financial data, protection of corporate assets, and adherence of corporate policies in the region.Preparation of all applicable management reporting, KPI and audit schedules.Support the preparation of monthly quantitative and qualitative analysis of affiliate's / regions performance versus plan.Assist with the development of financial business cases to support decision making for incremental funding opportunities for growth. Assist in system implementation projects for the EMEA region.Special projects/ad hoc analysis as necessary.

The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and highly collaborative team player, with strong analytical skills and meaningful experience successfully supporting financial management in a global organization.

Ideally CPA/Equivalent diploma with a 10 year experience in Pharmaceutical business, possibly in small and fast growing environment.

Capacity to travel occasionaly in Europe and to the US.

Fluent in English.
