Investor relations associate 100% (m/f)

Our client is a sustainable and responsible investment fund. This fund invests in different alternative value chains.

Our client is based in Geneva but also in other international places.

As Investor Relations Associate, you will be part of the Investor Relations department of this startup company towards a FINMA supervised Fund Manager. The Associate will be involved in different financial communication activities.

First, the Associate will explore the mechanics of the business, learn from interactions with the team and contribute to grow an initiative that will disrupt the way people consider finance.

Second, the Associate will generate financial reporting and marketing content for the company. In addition to the close collaboration with the Investor Relations Associate and the Co-CEO, the Associate will interact with the investment team based abroad to gather information on portfolio companies and she/he will also collaborate with the operations team in Geneva that generates the reporting data.

In particular, (s)he will be responsible of the following activities:Coordination with the different internal departments in the company;Financial consolidation and communication for internal and external third parties;Generation of the quarterly newsletter and other reporting documents for investors;Update of marketing documents such as leaflets and Powerpoint presentations;Update of the online communication with the website and the social networks of the company;Client & communication support in English, French and Spanish for business development, meetings, events and conferences worldwide.

Fund Management

Investment Relations

A University Degree in Finance, Economy, Marketing, Communication, Social Science or Management ;A significant experience in investment relations / public relations with 3 - 6 year's experience ;A previous experience in banking, financial services or trading ;Project management: ability to monitor and perform internal and external projectsNative English speaker or bilingual with excellent writing skills ;Fluent in French in speaking & writing ;Spanish speaker considered as an asset ;Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook);Excellent planning and organising skills required ;Willingness to learn, proactive, curious ;Innovative, self-motivated & professional ;Swiss residence.
