On behalf of our client, a company in the banking industry, Swisslinx are looking for a Junior Change/Communication Coordinator for a 10-month contract with a 60-80% workload in Zurich.
As the ideal candidate you will possess the following skills and experience:
- Stakeholder management experience
- Experience running online trainings
- Experience preparing change management and communication materials
- Excellent PowerPoint skills
- Fluent English
As the successful candidate, your tasks will include, but will not be limited to:
- Working with the Program Manager and the Communication Manager to prepare and execute change management and communication plans
- Stakeholder communication
- Preparing communication materials and campaigns for stakeholders at all levels within the organization
- Preparing training materials and campaigns for users developed on Business Objects and Tableau
- Running information sessions for stakeholders
- Running training sessions for end users
