Identifying and implementing business-building opportunities in order to support volume and market share growth
Creating and implementing effective direct sales strategies and lead nationwide direct sales personnel
Providing sales management, budget control, compensation programs and incentive planning
Ensuring development of organizational and personal skills and competencies to fulfil business objectives
Attending clinical meetings, seminars, and conferences as appropriate
Minimum 5 years of Sales experience within the Pharmaceutical market
Bachelors degree in Business or Science, Masters degree is preferred
Excellent understanding of the Pharma market place including key dynamics, competitors, country regulatory and market environments
Strong attention to detail and pro-active attitude
Fluency in English and German is mandatory, fluency in French is a plus
