Your mission:
• Identifying and implementing business-building opportunities in order to support volume and market share growth
• Creating and implementing effective direct sales strategies and lead nationwide direct sales personnel
• Providing sales management, budget control, compensation programs and incentive planning
• Ensuring development of organizational and personal skills and competencies to fulfil business objectives
• Attending clinical meetings, seminars, and conferences as appropriate

Your background:
• Minimum 5 years of Sales experience within the Pharmaceutical market
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Science, Master’s degree is preferred
• Excellent understanding of the Pharma market place including key dynamics, competitors, country regulatory and market environments
• Strong attention to detail and pro-active attitude
• Fluency in English and German is mandatory, fluency in French is a plus
