For our client, an international Asset Management company, we are looking for a dynamic individual who will take charge of the Office Management as well as sales support activities.

Office Management

Managing supplies in order to ensure the smooth running of the officeTaking charge of accounts payable together with an external consultantHoliday, travel and expenses management for the sales teamTaking charge of reception duties such as welcoming guests and taking the telephone

Events and Marketing

Organizing and preparing local eventsCoordinating invitationsPR coordination and communication

Sales Support

Supporting and coordinating roadshows for Event and Portfolio ManagerActive Reporting and Managing in Salesforce (CRM tool)Client reporting and data deliveryOverviewing contracts and rebatesTaking charge of client collateralAd hoc monitoring of projects and data delivery and presentations

Internationally established Asset Management company

Position with development opportunities in a growing office located in Zurich

Successfully completed commercial education, preferably within the tourism industryGood first experience in a similar position is a plusFluency in both English and GermanAdvanced skills in MS-Office and previous experience with CRM tools/databasesAbility to work with deadlines and to manage workloads independentlyGood prioritization skills and a flexible approach to workloadHigh degree of discretion and confidentiality in dealing with sensitive informationInterest and motivation to learn more about the world of Asset management
