Office manager and sales assistant

New 10 August Kanton Zürich, Zurich Perm

On behalf of our client, a Financial Services company in Zurich, we are seeking an Office Manager who will also support a small Sales team.

Your mission:
• Managing the agenda and coordinating travel arrangements
• Organizing client events and meetings
• Handling calls and correspondence during assistant's absence
• Updating the client database and producing reports and presentations
• Ensuring proper running of the local office and liaising with suppliers
• Supporting the Sales team and liaising with clients when required

Your background:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proactive and driven attitude
• Sound knowledge of MS Office and Salesforce
• Fluency in Swiss German and English is a must
