You will be in charge of:



- Geneva reception team leader supervision
- Geneva office services coordination and management
- Security and cleanliness of the office environment
- Customer care for internal clients
- Relationship management with service providers
- Archiving system and propose further improvements
- KPI'S set up for maintenance so as planning and budget management
- Office extensions for Geneva
- Corporate agreements negotiation and management with external suppliers
- Operational procedures set up for Reception, Facilities and Physical Security
- Intranet page maintenance for the Administration Group
- HR Assistance
- Company Apartments: Arranging repairs & replacements immediately in line with budget requirements

Bilingual in French and English

At least 5 years experience in a similar role

You have:

- at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and business
- strong organisational, numerical and analytical skills
- strong communication skills with internal/external companies and clients

You are:

- a hard-worker
- dedicated
- high service- and result-oriented
- multi-tasking and know how to prioritise and organise them
- Bilingual in English and French
