Personal assistant/office manager - 100% - m/f

Our client is a single family office.

Communicating effectively with relevant stakeholders and third parties

Being the contact person between the manager and internal/external clients

Running projects as directed

Planning and coordinating the Principal's travel arrangements and the management of his personal and family affairs and household budget.

Overseeing the Principal's personal budget.

Various administrative duties

You are ready to work within a high standard and demanding environment

You have between 5 and 10 years of experience in a similar role

Between 5 and 10 years of experience as a Personal Assistant

A previous experience as Office Manager within a similar environment is an advantage

At ease with numbers and negotiations

Solid organizational and multitasking skills including attention to detail

Loyal and discrete person with excellent internal and external communication skills

High sense of confidentiality

Good IT skills

Fluency in French and English
