Personal assistant / property manager - 100% - m/f

Our client is a family office in Geneva.

Your job will vary according to project and location but will typically include:

Managing the Swiss estate of the principal at first and then his abroad ones.

The staffing of his household across two or more locations delivering outstanding service and hospitality to the Principal and his family.

Running major projects as directed

Communicating effectively with relevant stakeholders and third parties to deliver efficiency.

Planning, commissioning and coordinating the Principal's travel arrangements and the management of his personal and family affairs and household budget.

Overseeing the Principal's personal budget.

Ensuring that the Principal's Estate is managed within budget.

Developing the annual operating plan for the household.

You have a previous similar experience within a family office

You have an interest for decoration and property management !

Good educational background, preferably in the fields of accounting, hospitality or project management

At least 5 years of experience as Personal Assistant / Head Butler / Estate Manager within a similar environment

Strong project management skills and at ease with numbers and negotiations

Solid organizational and multitasking skills including attention to detail

Loyal and discrete person with excellent internal and external communication skills

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Able to travel as appropriate to support projects

Fluency in French and English are a must
