On behalf of our client, a trading company, Swisslinx is looking for a highly motivated individual to join their team in Vienna.

- Supporting the CEO in all administrative aspects,
- Taking care of various administrative duties, including monitoring and organizing schedule, agenda management, handling e-mails, prioritizing request, preparing documents and presentations,
- Maintaining and updating files, databases, departmental records and other relevant documentation,
- Screening incoming calls as necessary and dealing with general enquiries,
- Involvement in diverse ad-hoc projects.
- Fluent English, German and Russian speaker, other languages an advantage,
- Previous experience in a similar position and environment,
- Strong MS Office skills,
- Strong communicator with excellent organizational skills,
- Flexibility and able to manage a varied work load.
