Private and corporate secretary - lugano (m/f)

A company specialised in the Financial industry.

You will be responsible for organising all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the office.

You must make sure that office equipment is maintained, relevant records are up to date and that all administration processes work effectively.

You will be in charge of all general administrative tasks such as basic accounting, online and paper filing, support of the team.

You will also be part of some marketing projects, working on PPT presentations, implementing sales strategies.

You will have direct contact with clients.

Previous experience in Administration

Bilingual Italian and English

The candidate needs to:

- Be fluent in both Italian and English

- Have a previous experience in administration (even a short experience).

- Have excellent organisational and time management skills

- Be proactive, to have a problem-solving approach to work

- Be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and other commonly used office packages

Flexible environment.

The contract can be part-time or a full time.
