Our client is a company from the financial industry.

You will :



- Great and welcome guests

- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office

- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls

- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material

- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email

- Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers

- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs

- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing

- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries

- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk

- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock

- Update calendars and schedule meetings

Bilingual both in French and English

Previous experience within the hospitality industry

You have a previous experience within the hospitality industry or at least 2 years within a company from the financial industry.

You have an excellent presentation, great communication and IT skills

You are able to multi-task and work under pressure.

You are bilingual both in French and English
