On behalf of our client, a reputable company in Zurich, we are seeking an experienced Receptionist.

Your mission:
• Welcoming guests and internal employees
• Preparing conference rooms and explaining how the systems work (computers, projectors, skype)
• Handling calls and correspondence
• Coordinating catering needs and office supplies

Your background:

• Experience in Reception, Catering, Assistance
• Great communication skills , proactive and confident attitude
• Fluency in German and English
