Welcoming guests and internal employees
Preparing conference rooms and explaining how the systems work (computers, projectors, skype)
Handling calls and correspondence
Coordinating catering needs and office supplies
Experience in Reception, Catering, Assistance
Great communication skills , proactive and confident attitude
Fluency in German and English
