To support the further expansion of our activities in the Swiss market, we are seeking experienced recruiters.

Your mission
• Build up a good understanding of our existing client portfolio and develop privileged business relations with key contacts
• Acknowledge, analyse and manage recruitment assignments together with our research team
• Be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle (candidate sourcing, service delivery and follow-up)
• Ensure high quality standards and consistent communication between process’ stakeholders
• Identify business opportunities and develop company’s client portfolio via active networking and generation of referrals
• Pitching our services to blue chip clients and position Swisslinx as a key supplier of recruitment services
• Be responsible and accountable for your activity and results


Your background
• Higher education in management, economics or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment within technology or finance
• Excellent team player with outstanding interpersonal skills
• Entrepreneurial mind-set and ability to build up long-term partnerships
• Quality & service driven with strong professional ethics
• Fluency in English is a must, any additional language a plus
