Research administrator (m/w)

Our client is an international management business operating company. The firm is a home to a large, multidisciplinary R&D group with backgrounds with backgrounds form across the applied sciences and technology. For the Office here in Zürich, we're looking for a

- Managing a large, complex schedule of research meeting's
- Electronic filling, document management and version control
- Some Assistant duties for the two Senior Researchers
- Assistance with diary management and scheduling
- Project support for the Head of Research Administration including updating and maintaining project plans
- Servicing meetings preparations of papers, minute taking, chasing on action points

Dynamic environment

- Solid Experience (5 years or more) of administrative support experience - Ideally in the Zurich area and in a research environment
- Fast, agile and highly independent working style
- Organized, flexible, proactive with excellent social and communication skills
- Able to cope with stress and pressure
- Experience with a range of technologies and software related to administration support
- Fluent in English and German
