Build, establish and maintain professional business relationships with institutional investors across the globeIdentify and develop new investors and market opportunities and understanding client's needs to ensure that products / solutions can be appropriately tailoredAdvise and develop existing relationship and promote new investment solutions for the investor's alternative investment portfolioProactive, structured and disciplined market coverage with a clear focus to sell the company's diverse set of investment productsConsistent maintenance of the CRM systemsMaintain close and collaborative relationship with the Investment Management team and other stakeholders of the companyWorking directly with the CEO to develop the investor relations strategy and related projectsImplement a marketing strategy to support the fundraising efforts and develop capabilities within the marketing team to assist with marketing-event initiativesRepresent the company at and organize networking events in the alternative investment industry

Institutional Sales Alternatives Opportunity (MD/Director or SVP)

10 years' experience as an investor relations professional with a focus on alternative investment productsExisting network with institutional clients (pension funds, family offices, insurance investors, etc.)Strong understanding of alternative investment products, ideally with a focus on infrastructure assets/fundsProven track record in acquiring new institutional clients/net new moneyVery strong client and service orientation, able to interact with and create solutions for highly sophisticated investorsEffective team player with an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong self-motivationStrong communication, presentation, interpersonal and -cultural skillsWell-organized with an ability to adapt and tackle a wide variety of challenges and tasksFluent in German and English; any other language is a plusUniversity degree or equivalent, CFA or similar certification is a plusInterest in the green economy and infrastructure investments
