Temporary invoicing administrator (m/f)

New 01 December Kanton Schwyz, Schwyz Temp

Our client, an international company based in canton Schwyz, is looking for an Invoicing Administrator for a 6-month assignment, starting asap. It is possible to be taken over after the 6 month period.

- Ensure that time and expenses of warranty jobs are invoiced internally
- Administer activity statistics via reports on a weekly basis
- Responsible for ensuring that Service Engineers and Service Representatives and Office personnel report monthly time summaries on a regular basis (100-120 time sheets)
- Control and correct the reports according to the company office procedure and accounting rules
- Reviews Sales and booking lists on a monthly base
- Refresh finance forecast after conferring with Field Service Manager on a monthly base

6-month assignment with an international company based in canton Schwyz

Fluency in English an German, strong Excel skills needed

- Commercial Education
- Capable of working to strict reporting deadlines
- Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
- Able to work reliably, exactly and independently
- Must be detail orientated and not afraid to challenge and chase for information when necessary
- Data Entry experience
- Competence with the application of the MS-Office software package (particularly Excel)
