Temporary operations specialist (m/f), 100%

Our client is an internationally established financial institution which offers a broad range of services in wealth management, investment banking and private banking. For their office in the heart of Zurich, we are looking for an Operations Specialist for at least 6 months.

- Booking of settlements, FOREX and private equity transactions
- Processing of corporate actions and cheque payments
- Contact person for third parties (fund administrators, brokers, custodians)
- Processing of financial transactions
- Support of internal and external auditors
- Filing of transactions
- Control of taxes

Wealth management, Zurich

Fluent in English, over 3 years experience

- Commercial apprenticeship, preferably in a bank or higher education with a focus on banking and finance
- More than 3 years practical experience in the mid or back office of a bank
- SWIFT knowledge is an advantage
- Fluency in English, each additional language is an advantage
- Proactive, self-driven and energetic personality
- Efficient, hardworking and accurate style of work
