Travel assisant fr/eng - 80% - try & hire contract - m/f

Our client is a growing company within the financial sector.

Management of visas application in several embassies all around the world

Arrange travel for the company employees (visas, hotel, flights, vehicle rentals)

Track transactions from customer request to billing and closing of records

Deal with customers, agents and subcontractors

Coordination and follow-up of operations

Invoicing of transactions & control of supplier invoices

Payment monitoring of customer invoices,

Insure permanent contacts with customers, agents and subcontractors.

Bilingual both in French and English

Previous experience as Travel Assistant or Business Travel consultant mandatory

You have :

- between 2 and 5 years of experience as Travel Assistant or Business Travel Consultant (mandatory)

- IT Skills (Ideally Amadeus)

- strong organisational and communication skills

You are :

- excellent level both in French and English - oral and written

- a team player

- able to prioritise

- able to manage a high volume and work under pressure
