Our client is a fast growing international trust/fiduciary player. They are present in more than 40 countries and looking to expand their Trust Officers team.

As a Trust Officer you will be responsible for all matters pertaining to the establishment and ongoing
administration of trusts. Your main responsibilities will be:

Complete set-up, administration and liquidation of structures (i.e. holdings, foundations and trusts) in various jurisdictions (Offshore and Onshore)
Restructure of simple and complex structures in liaison with lawyers, accountants,
clients and other third partiesPrepare of documentation for client reporting portfolio summariesPrepare standard documents (i.e. contracts, board minutes, Powers of Attorney)A wide variety of ad hoc trust and corporate administration matters including but not
limited to the drafting of minutes, resolutions and other agreements, including loan and sales and purchase agreementsEnsure a timely and accurate response to queries and information requests from
clientsUndertake and perform relevant follow up on various administrative tasks, including the preparation of letters, client invoices and payment instructionsAssist Relationship Managers in client meetings as well as with client take-on in line with internal procedures (i.e. gathering of KYC documentation, bank account openings)Communicate with government agencies, notaries offices, law firms and translators as necessary

International trust company in the heart of Zürich

STEP qualified, Portuguese or Spanish speaking Trust Officer

University diploma, STEP qualification preferred



Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a similar function in a trust environment - STEP qualification preferred



Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, as well as Portuguese or Spanish



Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook, PowerPoint)



Hands on personality with the flexibility of taking over tasks beyond the job description
Strong interpersonal communication skills, highly discreet, client orientated, ability to integrate in a multinational environment
