For the office in Zurich, we are looking for a proactive person who can work under pressure and brings excellent knowledge in the field of client on-boarding and account opening.

Leading client on-boarding process and due diligence of new clientsAdvising stakeholders as well as client advisors, banking assistants and teamleaders during entire client on-boardingManaging account closure process and blocked accountsComplying with Swiss banking regulations and tax regulationsTaking care of client archivesCommunicating with clients regarding various client relevant informationWorking closely together with external stakeholdersSupporting diverse projects

Internationally established financial institution, Zurich

Excellent knowledge in client on-boarding, fluent English

Banking apprenticeship or similar educationAt least 3 years' experience in the field of back office or mid office in a financial institutionExcellent knowledge in account opening and client on-boarding processes is a mustFamiliar with compliance relevant topics like FATCA, AML regulations and transaction monitoringTechnical affinity especially CRM tools knowledge and MS Office/Banking softwareNative or very fluent English, each additional language is an advantagePrecise, efficient and proactive working styleWell structured, independent and flexible personalityExcellent teamplayer
